Dear Cyclist,

in this page you can download the required Compulsory Medical Certificate that should be filled-in and signed by your sports physician or family doctor.

You can download it here (link). Please note that this certificate is compulsory and in absence, Italian Cycling Federation Judges will not allow your participation to La Fausto Coppi Selle San Marco.

Please note that the Italian sports laws are very strict as to physical fitness of the participants to a long-distance cycling event.

For this reason and in addition to what required by the aforesaid certificate, we would highly recommend that you also undergo an Exercise Electrocardiogram (Stress Test) and that the results of this ECG be confirmed by the treating physician with no contra-indications for the practice of the cycling event referred to the above.
