Three routes, one road: the start of the Granfondo La Fausto Coppi Generali

At first light, Cuneo awakens to a suspended atmosphere. Piazza Galimberti fills slowly, unhurriedly: the bicycles arrive one after another, faces focused, words reduced to a minimum. Over 2,700 participants are in the square, 2,700 white jerseys telling different stories yet united by a single start. The anticipation grows in silence, amid glances, simple gestures, and the awareness of being part of something bigger.

At 7:00 sharp, the start: a single, large movement crosses the Soleri Viaduct, like a river of bicycles moving in unison. Then the road opens up and the routes divide, but until that moment, everything has been together. A brief, intense moment that lingers with those who experience it.
